Singer SOOJIN, a former member of the group (G)I-DLE, successfully debuted as a solo artist.
According to Hanteo Chart, a record sales site, sales of SOOJIN’s first solo physical album, “아가씨”, exceeded 100,000 copies on December 13.
Earlier, shortly after the album’s release, the title song of the new album, “아가씨”, topped the global music video trending chart, and this album topped the iTunes charts in nine countries, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam, achieving her great popularity at home and abroad.
As a result, SOOJIN took his first steps as a solo artist, recording good performances in both music and album. SOOJIN creates special memories with local fans who have been waiting for her by organizing a Japanese fan meeting to celebrate the release of her first solo EP album “아가씨” for two days from December 13th to 14th.
This is the first overseas program since the release of her solo album, and SOOJIN plans to hold active domestic and international fan meetings in Oceania, Asia and the Americas in 2024, starting with this fan meeting Japanese.
