The group FROMIS_9 proved its qualification as “festival queen” with its “cool” performance that transcends confidence and vitality.
FROMIS_9 appeared during the “2023 Music Bank Global Festival“, broadcast on KBS 2TV on December 15. The “2023 Music Bank Global Festival” is a name changed by KBS by expanding the “Song Festival“, held at the end of the year, to people around the world.
FROMIS_9 touted its performance as such a “performance powerhouse” that we couldn’t take our eyes off its for a moment. They won the hearts of K-pop fans by beautifully performing “#menow”, the title track of its first full album, “UNLOCK MY WORLD“. Particularly, FROMIS_9 showed off its goddess-like appearance with its dazzling visuals, beautifully dressed in pink outfits.
FROMIS_9’s meticulously constructed rich harmony instantly captivated the ears, and the performance was extraordinary as well. They presented a variety of performances with introductions and dance breaks prepared uniquely for the “2023 Music Bank Global Festival“. After the performance reminiscent of dolls with the sound of the intro which created a strange atmosphere, the dance break started with LEE SEO YEON‘s solo dance, then between solo and unit, creating admiration with dynamic choreography featuring various performance compositions and hand movements.
FROMIS_9 is a group loved for its bright and wholesome charm, and are called “hidden masterpieces” among global K-pop fans for their easy-listening and addictive melody with every song released.
FROMIS_9 is expected to shine on the year-end music scene by appearing at the “SBS Music Festival 2023″ on the 25th following the “2023 Music Bank Global Festival 2023“.
