SEVENTEEN successfully concludes its “SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’” in Asia with a finale stunning performance in Macao, marking the end of a six-month journey across nine cities.

SEVENTEEN (consisting of S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) wrapped up its six-month tour, “SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’“, with a final showcase at the Macao Olympic Stadium on January 20th and 21th. Throughout the tour, the group met fans during 20 shows in cities including Seoul, Tokyo, Saitama, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, Bangkok, Bula Khan, and Macao.
SEVENTEEN drew a total of 160,000 spectators during six concerts in Asia (Bangkok, Bula Khan, Macao), showcasing its immense selling power. Making history, SEVENTEEN became the first K-pop group to fill a large stadium in Macao.
The “SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’ TO ASIA” generated significant interest, leading to additional tour dates. During the concerts in Asia, the group presented a new English version of “같이 가요” (“Let’s Go Together”) and a performance of “음악의 신” (“God of Music”). In Macao, SEVENTEEN unveiled its new Chinese song, “만남의 의미(相遇的意义, 샹위 더 이이)” (“The Meaning of Encounter”), receiving a warm response from its fans, CARATs.
Regarding “만남의 의미(相遇的意义, 샹위 더 이이)” (“The Meaning of Encounter”), WOOZI expressed sincere feelings towards the fans, stating:
“Above all, I really wanted to see our fans, CARATs. I’ve been thinking for a long time that I wanted to create a precious and meaningful song for our fans, and that’s the mindset with which I wrote ‘만남의 의미(相遇的意义, 샹위 더 이이)‘ (“The Meaning of Encounter”). Having the opportunity to sing it in front of you is really great and precious.”
As the leaders of the K-pop scene, SEVENTEEN delivered dazzling group performances, as well as charming sub-unit acts, creating diverse and captivating scenes that garnered explosive applause despite the sweltering heat.
At the end of the show, SEVENTEEN conveyed its sentiments:
“The tour that started in Korea concludes in Macao. It was truly an honor to end it so beautifully. Each performance was special because we could feel the love and support from our CARATs. We are sincerely grateful to all our fans who have been with us so far. We will be back together soon.”
Last year, SEVENTEEN accomplished a total of 23 performances, including the fan meeting “SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND” in Korea (March), the fan meeting in Japan “SEVENTEEN 2023 JAPAN FANMEETING ‘LOVE’” (May), and the “SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’” (July to December). These shows attracted over a million spectators, with 800,000 attendees in person and 270,000 viewers online (via live streaming platform).
Additionally, the Chinese song premiered in Macao, “만남의 의미(相遇的意义, 샹위 더 이이)” (“The Meaning of Encounter”), will be released on January 23th at 6 p.m. (Korean time) on streaming platforms in China, expressing the group’s gratitude towards CARATs who shared a long and challenging journey with it.
