BOYNEXTDOOR captured the hearts of music fans with its deeply emotional cover film.
BOYNEXTDOOR (Sungho, Riwoo, Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, Woonhak) posted a cover of “Lonely” sung by SUNGHO, TAESAN and LEEHAN on the group’s official YouTube channel and global fandom platform Weverse at 8 p.m. KST on February 16.
“Lonely” is a song by 2NE1 released in 2011, describing a complicated feeling of being lonely the more you love it. BOYNEXTDOOR showed its creative ability by rewriting the rap lyrics along with attractive vocals that match the content of the original song. The dialogue lyrics that honestly confess their cold feelings to their lovers and TAESAN’s low voice that casually impresses increase the immersion of listeners.
The three members also play guitar, look at a photo album or handle flowers in their own way to maximize the mood. The camera captured detailed facial expressions by zooming in on their faces from different angles.
