WOOSEOK
Boy group PENTAGON member WOOSEOK will release his first single since going solo.

WOOSEOK’s new single “EMPTY PAPER“, which will be released on various online music sites at 6 p.m. KST on February 24, is WOOSEOK’s first solo single released after his agency transfer, and contains WOOSEOK’s ambition to draw a new image on empty paper based on his own stories. It consists of two songs: the title song “Navy blue” and the song “Sketch”.
The title song “Navy blue” is a song that compares WOOSEOK’s young days, agonizing between desire and reality, and, expresses the message of hope with its own charm, “한 치 앞을 알 수 없는 내일은 어둡지만 동이 터 오기 직전처럼 푸르스름한 젊은 날의 나는 어떤 상황에서도 긍정적이다“.
The track “Sketch”, which maximizes the intention of the album name “EMPTY PAPER“, expresses the confusion of young people who sometimes wander while searching for what they are good at and what they like, and contains anxiety and worries about not being able to present themselves as a whole.
In this album, WOOSEOK participated in writing and composing to clearly convey the message of the song, as well as collaborating with producers Siixk Jun and Swingood to achieve the Grunge Rock sound, popular in the late 1990s. 80s and 90s. The participation of Swingood, recognized for his musical abilities, with “Uh-oh” by (G)I-dle, “Liar” and “Promise” by Pentagon, is recognized for his musical abilities, which further increased the completeness of the album.
WOOSEOK, who will hold his first solo fan meeting “불멍: BULMUNG” at Nodle Island Live House in Seoul on the 24th release date, will unveil his new song for the first time in front of fans.
WOOSEOK will hold fan meetings and performances in Osaka and Tokyo in March to meet fans around the world.
