The group BTOB successfully completed its fan concert in Japan.
BTOB held a solo fan concert “2024 BTOB FAN-CON “Our Dream”” twice each at ZEPP NAMBA in Osaka, Japan on the 10th and at ZEPP HANEDA in Tokyo on the 12th, and met with local fans.
“Our Dream” is the first fan concert organized by BTOB since its debut in 2012, meaning to remember the precious moments that MELODYs (the official name of BTOB fan club) and BTOB have created and drawn together. BTOB, who graced the first broadcast of “Our Dream” in Seoul in March, also performed in Manila, Philippines last month.
In this Japanese concert, four members were present except LEE CHANG SUB and YOOK SUNG JAE, who could not be together due to different planning schedules. BTOB opened intensely with the title track “The song” from their third full-length album, “BE TOGETHER,” released in 2022.
This is the first time in seven years that BTOB has performed in Japan since ZEPP TOUR 2017. “It’s been a very long time since we met Japanese MELODYs. This moment with you feels like a dream, just like the title concert,” the members said, sparking explosive cheers from fans.
The group then warmed up the performance with live and colorful performances, as well as masterpieces loved by fans around the world such as “Beautiful pain“, “Pray(I’ll be your man)“, “Day & night“, “Show your love“, “Wind and wish“, “Only one for me” and “Missing you“, as well as renditions of Japanese songs such as “Magic time” and “Because we’ll meet again (また 会えるから)“.
BTOB‘s members, who celebrated their 12th anniversary this year, expressed their gratitude, saying, “We are happy to be with the MELODYs as always this year.” Plus, through the Q&A section, where members read and respond to pre-written questionnaires, they answered these various questions, made witty remarks, and provided a different kind of fun .
BTOB, who proved its energy as a “trustworthy group” through performances that everyone can watch, feel and enjoy together with one heart, sang “Finale: Our Concert” and decorated the grand finale of “Our dream” in Japan. They made eye contact with the local fans who filled the audience and worked together until the end.
After Seoul and the Philippines, BTOB, which successfully completed its Japanese fan concert, will continue its Asian tour “Our Dream” in Hong Kong on the 21st, in Bangkok in Thailand on the 26th, in Taipei in Taiwan on June 28 and 29 and in Jakarta, Indonesia, on July 13.
