CHOI SAN, the lead singer of the group “ATEEZ”, donated 5 million won to his hometown of Namhae.
Namhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, announced on July 11 that K-pop group ATEEZ member CHOI SAN donated 5 million won in love donations to his hometown on behalf of “ATINY” fan club members.
CHOI SAN also donated 1.5 million won in local gifts to the residents of Namhae, where he was born and raised, and shared his love for his hometown with fan club members.
CHOI SAN, who is also Namhae-gun’s public relations ambassador, donated 5 million won for his hometown’s gift of love for the second year in a row. In particular, July 10 was CHOI SAN‘s birthday, which adds meaning to the ATINY fan club members who participated in the donation.
CHOI SAN said, “I am very happy to express my love for Namhae, the place where I was born, with one heart with my precious ATINY fans. I hope the gift of love to my hometown with fans will help local teenagers who are trying to achieve their dreams.”
ATEEZ will kick off its “Towards the Light: Will to Power” world tour in Tucoma, Washington, USA from July 14. The tour will take place in Los Angeles, New York and Toronto.
