Mnet launches survival program for male dancers.
Mnet announced on July 13 that it would premiere its new dance series “Stage Fighter” (hereinafter referred to as “Stepa”) in September.
“Stepa” is a series that follows the survival shows, “Street Woman Fighter,” “Street Man Fighter,” and “Street Dance Girls Fighter.” It is directed by Kwon Young Chan and Choi Jeong Nam.
Male dancers in the ballet, modern dance and Korean dance genres who express their messages through their bodies will fight for their rank. Professional dancers combine pure dance with popular elements to perform varied group dances and engage in fierce competition. A teaser video was broadcast on the official YouTube channel, CHOOM.
