DAY6 member YOUNG K has captured fans’ hearts with individual teaser photos of the new album with various charms.
DAY6 is raising anticipation by revealing teaser content such as concept films and track preview films on its official SNS ahead of the release of its new mini album “BAND AID” on September 2. After SUNGJIN’s personal concept photos were released on the 26th, YOUNG K‘s photo teasers were released on the afternoon of August 27, adding to the excitement of the comeback.
In the photos, YOUNG K attracted attention by creating a chic atmosphere with his all-black leather style. He posed with a musical instrument and exuded a rock star aura, and in a comfortable space with a bathtub, he expressed his eyes full of excellence and created an emotional atmosphere.
The new album, “BAND AID,” whose name is derived from the combination of “Band,” which means rock band, and “Aid,” which means help, delicately depicts various stories and emotions of the world, and evokes DAY6’s comforting energy, which has gained consensus among many people. The new album will feature a total of eight songs, including the title track “녹아내려요,” “괴물,”, “그녀가 웃었다,” “망겜,” “도와줘요 Rock&Roll,” “카운터,” “아임 파인,” and “아직 거기 살아.” All members participated in writing and composing the songs, and Hong Jisang, a composer who has worked with DAY6 for a long time, contributed.
Following the release of the new album, they will hold a total of three performances as part of their new world tour “Forever Young” at Inspire Arena in Incheon from September 20 to 22. Starting from October 5 (local time), they will visit Kuala Lumpur, Bali on the 13th, Surabaya on the 16th, Jakarta on the 19th, Singapore on November 22, Bangkok on November 30, Hong Kong on January 26, Osaka on February 12 to 13, Tokyo on February 15 to 16, and Manila on the 22nd to meet with local audiences.
DAY6’s 9th mini album “BAND AID” and the title track “녹아내려요” will be officially released at 6 p.m. KST on September 2.
