ITZY will make its comeback as a full group with a double title track on October 15.

JYP Entertainment made a surprise announcement with the track list and schedule for ITZY’s new album “GOLD” on its official SNS at midnight KST on September 13 and announced the news of its comeback. According to the announcement, ITZY will be performing its double title tracks “Gold” and “Imaginary friend” for the first time since its debut.
The new album will include the title tracks “Gold” and “Imaginary friend,” as well as “Bad Girls R Us,” “Supernatural,” “Five,” and “Vay Feat. Changbin of Stray Kids”. In addition to that, the title track “Untouchable,” which was completed with vocals from all five members, and the songs “Born to be,” “Mr. Vampire,” “Dynamite,” and “Escalator,” a total of 11 songs, will be included. Among them, the new song “Five” was partially released through its own content “내 생에 복날은”, which was uploaded to ITZY’s official YouTube channel on September 12, raising fans’ expectations.

The colorful writers who participated in ITZY’s new album “Gold” also caught the attention of fans around the world. K-pop hitmaker Ryan Jhun and famous American producer Dem Jointz participated in the work on the title track to raise the level of polish, and top writers such as popular lyricists Cho Yoon Kyung and Bang Hye Hyun came together to expect an exceptional performance. The sixth track, “Vay (Feat. Changbin of Stray Kids),” was composed and introduced by Stray Kids’ Changbin.
While ITZY reveals a message that seems to lead to a single line with a chain that could not be reached at all via the tracklist, the calendar video shows a variety of papers folded and seen as one. On September 30, the trailer will be released, from October 1 to 4, with the concept photo for IMAGINARY TRACK, from October 9 to 11, with the teaser for the music video for the title song “Gold”, from October 14 to 15, with the album spoiler, from October 23 to 25, with the photo for “Imaginary Friend”, from October 27 and 28, with the music video for “Imaginary Friend”. On the day of the comeback, a live countdown will be held to commemorate the release of the new album at 5 p.m. KST on the 15th, and an official fan meeting will be held at 5 p.m. KST on November 2 to meet with fans.
