Boy group STRAY KIDS will release its second full-length album “GIANT” in Japan on November 13. “GIANT” is the first full-length album in Japan after “THE SOUND” released in February last year, and will be released after one year and nine months.
From their official debut in Japan in March 2020 to their first EP album “Social Path (feat. LiSA) / Super Bowl -Japanese ver.-” in September 2023, they have topped major music charts such as Oricon, Tower Records, and Billboard Japan, and led the rise by successfully leading the “5-STAR Dome Tour 2023“, becoming the first 4th generation K-pop boy group to enter Japan’s 4-dome concert hall. Those who enjoy immense local popularity are focusing on new music and performances to show through this new work.
STRAY KIDS has achieved various favorable results and further solidified their group status with their mini album “ATE” released on July 19 and its title track “Chk Chk boom.” STRAY KIDS set a new record by topping the Billboard 200 chart for five consecutive years, following their mini album “ODDINARY” in March 2022, “MAXIDENT” in October, “★★★★★ (5-STAR)” in June 2023, and their latest mini album “ATE” in November. The new song “Chk Chk boom” peaked at No. 49 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, breaking its own record. Recently, the music video for “Chk Chk boom” has been viewed over 100 million times on YouTube, which is the most views among K-pop 4th generation boy groups.

They opened their new world tour “Stray Kids World Tour <dominATE>” at KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul from August 24-25, September 31-1, and ended the performance at Singapore National Stadium, which marked the fourth-generation K-pop group’s first debut on September 28 (local time). With this momentum, they will meet more audiences by visiting Melbourne, Australia on October 19, Sydney on November 26, Kaohsiung, Taiwan on November 2, Tokyo, Japan on November 14-16, Manila, Philippines on November 23, Macau on December 29-30, Osaka, Japan on December 5-8, Bangkok, Thailand on December 14, Jakarta, Indonesia on January 21, and Hong Kong on January 18-19, 2025.
STRAY KIDS will attend the American Music Awards (AMAs) on October 6 as the second artist in K-pop history. Alongside the Grammy Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and MTV Video Music Awards, STRAY KIDS will be performing at the “AMAs,” one of the four major popular music awards shows in the United States.
