FNC Entertainment‘s Hi-Fi Un!corn music group has signed a contract with Sony Music Labels.

Sony Music is Japan’s largest music label and has a global influence in the Asian music market as well as in Japan. With the signing of the contract, Sony Music, which will be joined by Hi-Fi Un!corn, expressed its expectations, saying, “We have found a gem that can create a new buzz in the Japanese music market after seeing him shine on the stage.“
Hi-Fi Un!corn is a five-member boy band consisting of KIM HYUNYUL, SON KIYOON, UM TAEMIN, FUKUSHIMA SHUTO, and HEO MIN. They are a talented group that is active in both Korea and Japan after debuting simultaneously after winning the final title of the Korea-Japan joint audition program “THE IDOL BAND: BOY’S BATTLE” broadcast in March 2023.
Hi-Fi Un!corn, who released its debut album “FANTASIA” in Japan in August, proved their popularity by selling tickets for additional performances through the live house tour “Hi-Fi Un!corn Livehouse Tour 2024~FANTASIA~“.
In December, they passionately performed at “2024 FNC KINGDOM -SING SING SING-” held in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, which received a great response from local audiences. They also proved their outstanding live performance at major Korean festivals “Soundberry Festa 24“, “2024 Pepsi Festa“, and “Grand Mint Festival 2024“. He also won the “K World Dream Music Icon Award” at the 2024 K World Dream Awards, a Korean music awards ceremony, establishing himself as rising rookies in the band world.
Meanwhile, Hi-Fi Un!corn plans to continue his global movement from the new year by participating in the “1st FNC BAND KINGDOM in TAOYUAN“, where all FNC Entertainment groups will participate in the upcoming 4th and 5th editions at Taoyuan Arena. Attention is focused on Hi-Fi Un!corn‘s activities in 2025, which will expand its scope with Sony music label.
