GFRIEND, who successfully completed its 10th anniversary concert, has prepared a special gift for fans.
GFRIEND (Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, Umji) posted a lyric video for the special album title track “Always” on Hybe Label‘s YouTube and the group’s official SNS at midnight KST on January 20. The video was first released during the 10th anniversary concert “GFRIEND 10th Anniversary of Memories” held at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul from January 17 to 19. After the Seoul concert, the lyric video was uploaded to YouTube so fans could keep the image evergreen.
The video alternates between the behind-the-scenes filming of the music video for the special album’s title track, “SEASON OF MEMORIES,” and everyday life in the practice room and recording studio. The six members boast professional and beautiful visuals on set, and they show their playful, child-like appearances as they practice and record together.
“BUDDYs (Fandom name) let’s be forever. You’re crying right now, aren’t you? I love you too! You must be happy,” the members’ video messages and the message “Always” that GFRIEND will always be with them in their hearts are touching.
GFRIEND is back to celebrate its 10th debut anniversary this year, hoping to present precious memories to fans.
