EVNNE
EVNNE is making a grand return with “HOT MESS“, a comeback bursting with energy and colors, set for release on February 10.

Unlike their previous concepts, this album embraces chaos and authenticity through two themes: farming and painting.
Right from the start of the interview, their energy was contagious—even through the screen. Eager to talk about Hot Mess, they didn’t hesitate to dive straight into the topic when KSTATION TV asked them the first question:
“You’re coming back with a fresh and dynamic concept that would be perfect for summer. Why did you decide to release it now? What message do you want to convey to your fans with this comeback?”
PARK JIHOO answered spontaneously:
“We are definitely back with a new concept. For our last album, we were all about the visuals, like finding the best angle for us, but this album is quite different. The theme and mindset are more like, ‘No worries, as long as we have fun together everything’s fine.’ So, enjoying the music and stage with our fans is the whole point of this album.”
We won’t lie—we laughed a lot during this roundtable.
Sticking to the messy theme, the members first tried to elect the messiest one among them… only to end up naming YUNSEO as the most organized member, since he’s the only one who doesn’t live in chaos!
Of course, we couldn’t miss the topic of touring. In recent years, more and more groups have realized that Europe—and even North Africa—has a huge K-pop fanbase. So, we took our shot:
“You have a great community in France, Italy, Morocco… so, when can we book our tickets for a European tour, maybe even in North Africa?“
The members immediately reacted with enthusiasm, exchanging knowing glances before answering:
“We cannot share a lot right now, but we know we have many fans in Europe, and we’d love to visit and meet them. We’re working hard to make it happen, so please stay tuned and wait for us!” LEE JEONGHYEON replied
Needless to say, we’ll be watching every announcement closely… EVNNE, we’re counting on you!

When asked about their goals for 2025, the members gave a rather mysterious answer:
“We’d love to win an award and… participate in a show as a group.” Could this be a spoiler?
The members also shared their favorite memory from this comeback: traveling together to an island for filming—a true summer camp experience with best friends. More generally, they admitted that their most cherished memories are the moments they performed together on stage:
“We have so much fun on stage, and we hope to keep performing for a long time.”
To sum it up, this comeback reflects their first tour, which pushed EVNNE and their producers to explore new influences. SEUNGEON reached a milestone by writing “Youth”, a real personal achievement, while KEITA added his touch to “Keshiki”, a song available in both Korean and Japanese.
With Hot Mess, EVNNE celebrates letting go and invites its fans to dive into this joyful chaos.
P.S.: EVNNE’s official fruit? The pear! (A nod to their farm-inspired concept).
“I would like to grow pears. I always eat pears and bellflower roots as a drink because they are good for my throat. So, if I grew them myself, I could always have something good for my throat whenever I felt the need.”“ joked YOO SEUNGHEON. A lighthearted answer that perfectly reflects their spontaneity and energy.
