Rapper SAN E, who was handed over to the prosecutor for assaulting a passerby, has had his charges suspended.
According to the legal community today, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office suspended the prosecution of SAN E, who was suspected of special injuries, on the 25th of last month.
On July 28 at 8:30 p.m. KST, SAN E was arrested by police for assaulting a passerby “A” at the entrance of a park in Mapo-gu with the intention of “knocking over his bicycle” and using his cellphone.
The police had charged SAN E without detention in January.
