LUCY, an iconic figure of the K-band scene, is back with a new track.
On March 27th at 6 PM KST, LUCY will pre-release the first track from their sixth mini-album, “와장창,” on several music platforms.
“잠깨” is a track that opens a new chapter of spring. It’s the hottest and possesses the most powerful musical charm that only LUCY can perform. CHO WON SANG, a member who has participated in the writing, composition, and arrangement of all LUCY albums, also led the work on this track. Combining catchy melodies, meaningful rhymes, and witty lyrics, this track is highly addictive.
Starting with a catchy drum beat that seems to wake listeners up, the piano and the joyful violin melody blend naturally for a pleasant listening experience. The bell-like sound of the chorus also amplifies LUCY’s uniquely refreshing energy.
In the second teaser for the music video for “잠깨,” released before the song’s release, LUCY caught the eye, lying in her pajamas, unable to wake up from a deep sleep, and singing among people in pajamas. The retro vibe, reminiscent of a 90s TV show, heightened anticipation for the original music video.
Additionally, LUCY will release her sixth mini album, “와장창,” through various music sites on April 23 at 6 PM KST.
