BTS - V
This is a candid confession made by fellow soldiers who lived with V (Kim Tae Hyung), who is currently serving in the military. It seems that this relationship, born of camaraderie, has had a positive impact.

V joined the Special Intervention Force (FIPS) last December. It has been reported that he was by far an exemplary role model despite rigorous training.
According to a recent article published by a senior soldier who served with V, the young man ranked first in marksmanship despite shoulder and thigh injuries, and received first prize in winter urban training and marksmanship, as well as the award for best military police officer. Satisfied and convinced, he also successfully completed the 3-kilometer physical measurement, exceeding the special standard, thus proving his abilities and mental strength.
“His comrades were deeply touched by how he completed the training discreetly, even with his injury, and took care of others more than himself. We were truly inspired,” his colleagues said.
“Thanks to this, I was able to realize my dream of becoming a rehabilitation therapist.” “I learned a lot from his consistency, his passion, and his caring attitude. I will pursue my dream even after my release. I have passion,” he said.
There’s also a lovely anecdote about V. He donated sports equipment to the unit so his colleagues could train in a better environment. He’s a veteran who says, “It’s more enjoyable to be together,” generously serving eel sushi and delicious snacks when he’s traveling or out and about.
Discharged veterans have consistently thanked V for his concern, quiet confidence, and support for their dreams when he’s going through difficult times, calling him “a problem-solving brother.” V also responded in a letter to his fans, “I receive good energy from my young friends, my replacements, my motivation, and my seniority, and I’m grateful to simply train with them,” expressing his strong bond and sincerity.

V is faithfully committed to his military life, to the point of saying, “I feel like I’ve been reborn,” and his sincerity shines through in the testimonies and stories of other soldiers. V is due to leave the army on June 10. The time he spent as a private after leaving his charisma on stage will likely remain etched in the hearts of his fellow soldiers.
