Amid uncertainty surrounding its girl group NEWJEANS, K-pop agency ADOR is launching a series of auditions to discover talent for the formation of a new boy group.

The agency posted an announcement on Thursday about the “2025 ADOR Boys Global Audition” on its social media accounts. A phrase on the poster reads: “All Doors Open Right Here.”
Any boy born after 2006 is eligible to apply. Online applications opened this Thursday at 6 p.m. KST and will remain open until July 2 at 5 p.m. The agency is not restricting the type of talent it’s looking for—anyone skilled in singing, dancing, rapping, acting, songwriting, or even vlogging and photography is welcome to apply.
“We hope that many people with infinite talent and potential will knock on our door—the door to their dreams,” ADOR stated.
Applicants who pass the first round of online auditions will be invited to a second round. This next phase will be held in person in nine cities across Korea: Seoul, Jeonju, Daegu, Busan, Gwangju, Daejeon, Wonju, Chuncheon (in Gangwon Province), and Jeju.

The audition will also be held in 18 cities around the world: Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo, and Nagoya in Japan; Singapore; Jakarta; Bangkok; Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in Vietnam; Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle in the U.S.; Vancouver and Toronto in Canada; Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane in Australia; and Auckland, New Zealand.
More details can be found on ADOR’s official audition website. THERE
