On June 13, his agency Griffin Entertainment announced:
“ONEW will release his second full-length album, ‘PERCENT’, on July 15. This album tells ONEW’s unique story as both an artist and producer. We hope you’ll show him lots of attention and support.”
This marks ONEW’s return approximately five months after the release of his 4th mini-album ‘CONNECTION’ in January. It’s also his first studio album in about 2 years and 4 months, following ‘CIRCLE – The 1st Album’ released in March 2023. Ahead of the official release, ONEW sparked global anticipation by unveiling a mysterious teaser image for ‘PERCENT’, featuring a glowing green crescent moon floating in pitch-black darkness.
Alongside the comeback announcement, ONEW also dropped the “G” trailer for ‘PERCENT’ today (June 13) at midnight via his official YouTube channel. In the video, ONEW is seen facing off with a mouse. When the mouse tilts its head to the left, ONEW mirrors the movement exactly. Set to quirky, bouncy sound effects, the synchronized scene leaves fans curious about its deeper meaning.
To recap, ONEW’s long-awaited second studio album, ‘PERCENT’, will be released on July 15 at 6 PM KST on all major streaming platforms.
