RESCENE brings a refreshing touch of greenery with its new single “DEAREST.”
On June 13, RESCENE (consisting of Woni, Liv, Minami, May, and Zena) revealed the digital cover and tracklist for its second single album “DEAREST,” set to be released on July 2 at 6 PM (KST), through its official social media channels.
According to the revealed tracklist, the album features two songs: the title track “Déjà vu” and a B-side titled “Mood.” Interestingly, “Déjà vu” is paired with a bright, sunny image, while “Mood” is represented with a cloudy, rainy visual, sparking curiosity about the contrasting moods of each track.
With a unique artistic concept centered on fragrance and music, RESCENE introduces a fresh, grassy scent through “DEAREST.” The album was inspired by the question: “How do we want to be remembered?” It carries the hope of leaving a subtle yet lasting impression, like a quiet breeze that drifts by in the moment but lingers over time, a memory that returns unexpectedly, like a familiar scent.
The title “Dearest,” a word used to describe someone most cherished, conveys a sense of longing for past memories and the enduring emotional imprint of nature, hinting at an album that will gently but deeply touch listeners’ hearts.
