The artist is speaking out loudly and clearly on his Instagram account.

Today, on his Instagram account, JU HAK NYEON decided to speak up.
This statement comes after his agency, One Hundred, announced the termination of his contract and his removal from both the group and the agency.
JU HAK NYEON’s Instagram Post:
“Hello, this is JU HAK NYEON.
Although I have already clearly stated that I have not committed any illegal acts, I want to say that I will take all possible legal action, both civil and criminal, against certain journalists and media outlets that continue to publish malicious articles.
If there is any evidence that I was involved in prostitution, I ask that you make it public immediately. Furthermore, I have never left the group nor agreed to terminate my exclusive contract.
My agency is trying to create the illusion that there are grounds for breaking our contract, even though none of the conditions stated in the contract apply. Some media outlets have even mentioned prostitution without any basis, seriously damaging my reputation.
The agency asked me to leave while also demanding over 2 billion won (euros) in compensation, but I never agreed to that. Despite this, the agency informed the media that the contract termination was confirmed, which is blatantly false information.
I wonder if this is truly how an agency, supposedly meant to protect its artists, behaves: kicking me out of the group just for being seen privately with another celebrity, and insisting on a contract termination by citing damages over 2 billion won…
When I didn’t agree to the termination, the agency sent an official notice unilaterally stating that the contract had been terminated due to my fault, without even following the procedures laid out in the contract, and even issued warnings about potential compensation claims.
To be honest, I’m very scared. But I thought that if I stayed silent now, this world could become a place where those who have nothing are destroyed over things they didn’t do. I’ve stayed quiet until now, believing that the truth would eventually come to light. But faced with an attempt to destroy someone over something they didn’t do, I can no longer remain silent.
Against the agency that unjustly excluded me from the group and claims a baseless contract termination, and against certain media outlets that hurt me by bringing up prostitution without proof, I will hold them accountable to the very end.
No matter what happens, I am determined to see this through and make the truth known. I hope this fight can give even a little hope to someone else, and I’m gathering my courage.“
This announcement and post have shaken fans — among them, those who previously claimed the apology letter was fake may now see this statement as proof that the agency itself could have written those apologies to more quickly remove JU HAK NYEON. Meanwhile, those who have stood firmly by his side are drawing even more strength from their artist.
By speaking out like this, is he not putting himself at risk? Risking legal consequences from a supposedly terminated contract? JU HAK NYEON will need the right support around him if he’s to make the truth come to light.
