Boy group EPEX is set to wrap up their youth trilogy with the release of its third full-length album.
In July, EPEX will release its third studio album titled “소화(韶華) 3장: 낭만 청춘 (Youth Chapter 3: ROMANTIC YOUTH)”, marking the final chapter of its trilogy centered on youth.
This album follows the series that began with their first studio album, “Youth Chapter 1: Prelude of Youth”, and continued with “Youth Chapter 2: Book of Anxiety.” The third installment introduces the theme of “Romantic,” hinting at a bright and emotional narrative to close the saga.
At midnight KST on June 25, a “coming soon” teaser image was posted on EPEX’s official social media. The photo features a forest of cherry blossoms, an iconic backdrop of the trilogy, suggesting that this final chapter will paint the summer in soft pink hues and deliver a heartfelt atmosphere.
By releasing three studio albums in just 13 months, EPEX demonstrates strong confidence in their musical direction. Thanks to high production quality, both previous albums each sold over 200,000 copies in their first week, with total cumulative album sales surpassing 1 million units.
Their distinct emotional style, polished sound, and eye-catching performances have consistently captured the attention of K-pop fans worldwide. This year, EPEX launched its “Youth Anxiety” concert tour in Seoul, followed by successful performances in several Asian countries, showcasing even more refined stages, visuals, and skills.
