BTS - JIMIN
BTS member JIMIN continues to enjoy immense popularity in Japan.

According to the Spotify Japan streaming chart for the first half of 2025, recently released by the world’s largest music platform, JIMIN ranked 2nd with “Who,” the title track of his second solo album “MUSE”.
As such, JIMIN is the highest-ranking foreign singer on this chart, just behind Japanese group Mrs. GREEN APPLE, who took the top spot with their song “Lilac.”
Previously, JIMIN also entered the ranking of the 100 most-streamed songs of all time on Spotify USA with “Who,” reaching the 99th spot.
JIMIN is a globally renowned artist who had already made history in 2023 with “Like crazy,” the lead single from his first solo album “FACE”, by reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, the main singles chart in the United States. It was a historic first for a solo K-pop artist.
And it didn’t stop there: with “Who,” JIMIN remained on the Hot 100 for 33 weeks, setting a longevity record for a solo K-pop artist.
In addition, JIMIN was officially discharged on June 11 after completing his mandatory military service with the 5th Infantry Division of the Army in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. He had enlisted on December 12, 2023, and served diligently for a year and a half.
JIMIN is currently preparing for a comeback with all the BTS members, scheduled for next spring. He has already left for the United States to work on their new album.
