Singer NAM WOO HYUN is making a comeback with an album entirely filled with songs he wrote and composed himself.
His agency, Billions, revealed the tracklist for NAM WOO HYUN’s fifth mini-album, titled “TREE RING,” at midnight on July 21 via the official social media channels.
According to the tracklist, the title track of the new album is “Only 직진”. The unique and catchy title, which instantly brings to mind NAM WOO HYUN’s signature sparkling charm, immediately grabs attention.
The album also includes songs such as “3분의 시간 뒤에는 돌아가야 해,” “널 만나고,” “조용히 내가 안아줄게요,” and “가혹해요,” which was pre-released during his solo concert “목일4’에서 선공개했던” last year. Rounding out the tracklist is the instrumental version of “Only 직진,” offering a chance to fully appreciate NAM WOO HYUN’s sweet tone and vocal abilities.
Notably, NAM WOO HYUN personally took part in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement of three tracks, including the title song, and also contributed lyrics and composition to two additional tracks. His deep involvement adds a richer musical color to the album and reflects a heightened emotional sensitivity.
NAM WOO HYUN’s fifth mini-album, “TREE RING,” will be released on July 30 at 6 PM KST on major music streaming platforms.
