HA JUNGWOO
Felling too hot this summer? HA JUNGWOO offers you wine, something to cool down!

The actor HA JUNGWOO unveiled this Thursday, July 31st his collaboration with 7 ELEVEN supermarkets for a white wine titled ‘Makiki‘. During a very brief meeting with journalists, he strikes a pose for the cameras, and describes in a few sentences the origins of this wine with its colorful label. Inspiration stands in one word, a place more precisely: Hawaii. Indeed, the actor does not hide his love for this island, which he wished to represent in this collaboration. The label, depicting a man with blue hair, is inspired by Polynesian art, and the name, “Makiki“, is a direct reference to the island’s volcano.
The wine is a Sauvignon blanc from Marlborough in New Zealand, recognized as one of the most appreciated. HA JUNWOO recommends consuming it with Korean food to match its origin, and the origin of the wine, or with fish and shellfish. Composed of 750 ml, the alcohol is 13.0%. The bottles will be on sale from August 1st in 7 ELEVEN supermarkets. As for its creator, HA JUNGWOO, he was able to make an impression by staring in the films “Along with the gods”, “The Handmaiden”, “The Chaser” or even ‘Tunnel‘, to name just a few.
Recently, he appeared on the line-up of the film “Broken” in February and “Lobby” in April, and has since focused on this new activity, awaiting news for an upcoming shoot. He also shared some photos of the bottle creation process on his Instagram that you can find HERE.
