ASTRO’s unit ZOONIZINI unveils their debut track with “Some things never change.”
On August 4, ZOONIZINI revealed the tracklist image for their first mini-album “DICE” via the official social media accounts of their agency, Fantagio.
The image shows an unfolded die, with each of its six sides representing one of the six tracks included in this debut mini-album “DICE.” The first and title track is “Some things never change,” followed by “New world,” “Utopia,” “Favorite memory,” “Starlight voyage,” and “Restart,” with each title presented in a vivid and colorful font.
Notably, member JINJIN took part in writing and composing the title track “Some things never change” and was also in charge of the overall production of the album, enhancing its quality. He also handled the writing, composition, and arrangement of “New world” and “Restart,” and contributed to the lyrics for “Favorite memory” and “Starlight voyage,” embedding ZOONIZINI’s unique message and emotional tone throughout the album.
Among the songs, “Favorite memory” stands out with lyrics such as “Us, seen in an old album found by chance,” “Memories we had long forgotten,” “We were reckless when we were young,” and “Let’s be happy in the near future,” raising anticipation for a well-crafted track filled with cherished memories shared by MJ and JINJIN.

Another teaser image connects the tracks into a cohesive story, portraying them as part of a journey. From crossing the starting line and stepping into a new space, to sharing memories and emotions, ZOONIZINI’s special friendship voyage unfolds through “DICE.”
“DICE” marks the debut album of ASTRO’s new unit, launching an exciting new musical adventure. MJ, ASTRO’s main vocalist, and JINJIN, the group’s main rapper, leader, and producer, aim to showcase their synergy through a high-quality work that captures both their memories and vibrant chemistry.
ZOONIZINI’s debut album “DICE” will be released on August 13 at 6 p.m. KST on all major streaming platforms.
