GAVY NJ
The female vocal group GAVY NJ returns with its 5th generation.
This new lineup features four young vocalists: RIEL, LUAN, YEJAN, and NAYE, and their first album will drop on September 10 at 6 PM KST.
Ahead of the release, GAVY NJ 5 shared group and individual member photos on its official social media. Dressed in white tops and jeans, the four members showcased a fresh style, highlighting pure and captivating visuals.
Since debuting in November 2005, GAVY NJ has left its mark on the Korean music scene with hits like “Happiness”, “Love novel”, “Sunflower”, and “She is crying“, establishing themselves as a leading female R&B ballad group in Korea.
The 5th generation carries on the GAVY NJ name while reinterpreting the group’s musical legacy to build their own identity. Their sound promises to blend 2000s sensibility with modern production. Burmese member RIEL had previously gained attention by participating in SBS’s audition program Universe Ticket before her official debut.
Focusing on vocals and music itself, GAVY NJ 5 recently shared cover videos and short clips from its trainee days on social media, drawing attention from listeners.
The 5th generation’s debut album will be available on all streaming platforms on September 10 at 6 PM KST.
