The group IDID has revealed the tracklist of its new album, generating great curiosity.
On November 14, STARSHIP ENTERTAINMENT released via IDID’s official channels (Jang Yonghoon, Kim Minjae, Park Wonbin, Chu Yoochan, Park Seonghyeon, Baek Junhyuk, and Jeong Semin) the tracklist of their first digital single “PUSH BACK”, attracting the attention of Kpop fans worldwide.
The tracklist, taped with transparent adhesive tape stained with fingerprints to give the effect of a flyer, shows at the top the note “IDID The 1st Digital Single [PUSH BACK]”, a message “MISSING”, as well as sketches of fish and sheet music drawn in pencil, sparking curiosity about their combination. The scattered marks on the paper reflect the atmosphere of freedom within the chaos that this single “PUSH BACK” embodies, drawing fans’ interest.
The single “PUSH BACK” contains two songs: “Push back“ and “Heaven smiles“. The tracklist also lists the artists who participated in the composition, lyrics, and arrangements of the album. Among them is lyricist Bang Hye hyun, already present on IDID’s debut album “I DID IT”, along with other talented artists who came together for this single, heightening expectations. Fans imagine and speculate about the meaning of the missing fish, the sheet music, and this raw, rough flyer, eliciting many smiles.
Previously, IDID had stirred curiosity with various promotions: teasers showing fish, instruments, and ice in an aquarium, a logo video “IDID IN CHAOS” using broken ice, a first free dance teaser from the members, as well as conceptual photos “IN CHAOS, I did it.” highlighting their trendy style as a “high-end rough doll.”
Furthermore, the first digital single from the rising “5th generation idols,” IDID, “PUSH BACK”, will be available on November 20 at 6 PM KST on all streaming platforms. The comeback showcase will be held the same day at 7:30 PM at the “COEX Outdoor Plaza” in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul.
