JUNGWOO of NCT gives a musical gift to fans before his enlistment.
JUNGWOO will release his first single “SUGAR” on various music sites on November 28. With his enlistment approaching on December 8 and as this is the first solo single JUNGWOO is releasing since his debut, significant attention is expected. The photo released alongside the announcement of the single attracted attention with a visual reminiscent of BABY from SAJABOYS of the popular Netflix animation “KPOP DEMON HUNTERS”. An unreal visual as if it came out of the animation, and his mint-colored hair forms a harmonious combination, further raising anticipation for the new song.
The new song “SUGAR” is a pop track where a swing-feel drum, a lively bass line, and a soft, catchy melody harmonize groovily. Starting with minimal composition, the gradual build of the flow naturally leads the emotional line of the track, creating a sentimental atmosphere.
