The group ENHYPEN celebrated its fifth debut anniversary by surpassing 20 million cumulative album sales.
According to its agency BELIF LAB, on the 30th of last month, the fifth anniversary of ENHYPEN’s debut (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Ni-ki), the total cumulative sales of their albums released in Korea and Japan recently exceeded 20,330,000 copies. Additionally, over the course of their three world tours, the total audience surpassed 1,500,000 people.
Among its 16 albums in total, eight works have sold over one million copies. In particular, its second studio album “ROMANCE: UNTOLD” gave ENHYPEN its first triple million-seller, while its fifth mini-album “ORANGE BLOOD” and sixth mini-album “DESIRE: UNLEASH” each achieved double million-seller status.
Moreover, across their three world tour series, they held 96 concerts, sharing precious memories with the ENGENEs (the fandom), totaling 1,500,000 attendees. ENHYPEN stated:
“Thanks to the ENGENE, we have been able to come this far. We will continue to aim higher without tiring and work hard.”
Since debuting in the music industry in November 2020, with the desire to “connect people to people and the world to the world through music,” ENHYPEN affirmed: “We will continue to aim higher without tiring and work hard,” and “We want to spend long, enjoyable moments creating precious memories with the ENGENE.”

- How do you feel celebrating your fifth anniversary?
JUNGWON: Looking back over these five years, we have accomplished a lot of programs. Thanks to the ENGENEs and the members, we have come this far, and we will continue to aim higher without tiring.
JAKE: We have created precious moments with the members and the ENGENEs, and it has been a period full of learning for me. We want to spend long, enjoyable moments creating precious memories with the ENGENEs.
SUNOO: Time has flown by. As ENHYPEN, we have accumulated many memories and experiences, and I am very grateful. Thanks to these precious days, the future seems even more promising.
- Which moment impressed you the most?
HEESUNG: The first world tour “MANIFESTO” remains the most memorable. Meeting ENGENEs from all over the world directly, concert after concert, made the happiness grow even more.
JAY: The day of the K-pop festival in Germany in 2022, where we met tens of thousands of spectators, remains very special. We debuted during the pandemic, so it was the first time we received so much support from such a large audience.
SUNGHOON: The day ENHYPEN was formed through “I-LAND” is etched in my memory. It was the culmination of a long-awaited dream, and I was very moved.
NI-KI: The Coachella festival in April this year remains the most remarkable for me. We created the stage together, and it was an extremely rewarding experience.
- When did you feel the cohesion of ENHYPEN strengthen?
HEESUNG: After our debut, during our first group meal with the members, our bonds grew stronger. By talking together, we could better understand each other.
JAKE: Every time we go on stage and show good chemistry, I feel our relationship getting closer. Especially when we perform a synchronized dance as seven, it becomes even clearer.
SUNOO: While preparing for big projects like world tours or festivals, I felt our cohesion grow over time. During rehearsals, I often feel this closeness with the members.
NI-KI: For me, Coachella was very instructive. During preparations, we spoke honestly among ourselves, and it strengthened our bonds.
- How do you envision ENHYPEN in five years?
JUNGWON: I hope each of us will have grown into remarkable adults. Personally, I want to become an artist who leaves a mark on the K-pop stage.
JAY: I hope that in five years we will all be healthy and continue to work well. We also want to be an example and positively influence junior groups.
SUNGHOON: As until now, I think for our tenth anniversary, the members will have continued to grow well. We will show our best performances to the ENGENEs while achieving our goals.
- A word for the ENGENEs who support you
JUNGWON: Thank you for showing me what love is. These five years may have seemed long, but for me, they have passed very quickly. Keep supporting us!
HEESUNG: Thank you to all the ENGENEs for always being by our side. Let’s fill the coming days together with laughter and joy.
JAY: ENGENE~, these past five years have been really happy. In life, nothing is more important than happiness, and I hope every day with ENHYPEN will be filled with laughter!
