The group IZNA is gradually expanding its global activities through an interview with a major Italian media outlet.

IZNA (Mai, Bang Jeemin, Koko, Ryu Sarang, Choi Jungeun, Jeong Saebi) was recently interviewed by the leading Italian weekly PANORAMA. This interview with an influential media outlet, the first in Italy to broadly cover the Korean wave, showed that IZNA continues to grow steadily on the international scene.
PANORAMA introduced IZNA as “a discovery that Kpop has been waiting for”. The magazine also mentioned their win as Favorite Rising Artist at the “2025 MAMA AWARDS” and highlighted that their second mini-album “NOT JUST PRETTY” marks a more mature evolution, adding that “despite their rookie status, the group knows exactly the direction it wants to take”, expressing its anticipation for IZNA’s unique musical trajectory.

During the interview, the members of IZNA spoke about their 2nd mini-album “NOT JUST PRETTY”, characterized by a bold musical shift, stating:
“As the name of the album indicates, we wanted to show that IZNA goes beyond the frame of ‘beauty’ and possesses various attractions that differ from our previous activities. Through this album, we wanted to reveal the wide spectrum that IZNA holds.”
When asked what concerns and challenges IZNA had to overcome as a group with each comeback, IZNA answered:
“Rather than feeling the pressure of having to overcome difficulties, we first feel the desire to try new concepts with each comeback. We believe that through these various challenges, we continue to expand our identity, and we always prepare our returns with joy.”
These remarks reinforced expectations regarding the group’s future growth and transformation.
After their debut releases “N/A”, then “Sign” and “Beep”, IZNA has undertaken various musical attempts with their recent mini 2 “NOT JUST PRETTY”, revealing a multifaceted charm that is difficult to categorize. In particular, the title “Mamma mia” earned them their first win on a music show broadcast on a national channel, and in just one year after their debut, they surpassed 100 million cumulative streams on the global platform Spotify, thus confirming their global presence.
Furthermore, IZNA will continue to meet its fans through various activities and promotions.
