The member of GOLDEN CHILD, CHOI SUNGYUN (Y), shared via his official social media accounts the concept photos for his first single “AURORA”.
The published concept photos are presented in three versions, showing different facets of CHOI SUNGYUN with a noticeable variation in emotional intensity. In a black-and-white tone bathed in natural light, his calm gaze and composed expression leave a deep impression. In another shot, under soft sunlight, he wears a knitted sweater, fully illustrating the feeling of a warm afternoon transitioning from autumn to winter.
Finally, the neon-style concept photos highlight a new facet of CHOI SUNGYUN. With a three-dimensional silhouette and intense light contrast, the delicate and dreamlike atmosphere reminiscent of auroras in the night sky draws attention and raises anticipation for the new song.
CHOI SUNG YUN’s first solo single, “AURORA”, captures the moment where the end and the beginning of a day meet. The song musically conveys the sensation of warm red sunset light and the phosphorescent blue of the night sky slowly seeping in. It starts peacefully, like the sun setting and rising again, gradually evolving toward increasing emotional intensity.
The full album will be released on December 13 at noon KST across all streaming platforms.
Last month, CHOI SUNGYUN also announced a new start as a solo artist. Moving forward, he plans to engage with his fans through album activities as well as various performances.
