DOWOON of DAY6 shared an emotional glimpse through his individual photos for the special Christmas single.
DAY6 will release the special Christmas single “LOVIN’ THE CHRISTMAS” on December 15. JYP ENTERTAINMENT had already successively unveiled the Advent calendar teasers of SUNGJIN, YOUNG K, and WONPIL on the group’s official Instagram account, then, on the afternoon of the 12th, presented a rich series of content including the youngest member DOWOON’s calendar cover, conceptual images, handwritten writing, and a voice message.
In the photo, DOWOON offers a gift with a shy smile, exuding a romantic atmosphere. He also conveyed his affection to fans through a voice message saying
“My Day (fandom name), eat lots of good food and spend the end of the year warmly. This year again, being with My Day made everything even more meaningful. You all worked very hard in 2025, and the gift we prepared, ‘Lovin’ the Christmas’, will arrive on December 15, so I hope you spend a happy end of the year with DAY6.”
In addition, part of the lyrics of the new track revealed through DOWOON’s handwritten writing, “The day you fall in love, lovin’ the Christmas”, heightened anticipation for the 2025 seasonal song that will be sung by the group known as being « fiable à l’écoute ».
Following the release of this new digital single, DAY6 will hold its solo concert “2025 DAY6 Special Concert ‘The Present’” (Special concert ‘The present’) three times from December 19 to 21 at the KSPO DOME of Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul. With all dates sold out, the concert will offer a 360-degree open stage, creating an immersive sense of space. During the final performance on the 21st, a paid online live broadcast will also be available via the Beyond LIVE platform, allowing them to meet even more My Day.
