SIYEON, member of DREAMCATCHER, has formed a mixed rock band named CHROCKTIKAL, announced the agency DREAMCATCHER COMPANY this Tuesday.

SIYEON will take on the role of vocalist in the band, accompanied by LEE WON SEOK on guitar, LEE JUN YOUNG on bass, and JE GWAN WOO on drums. SIYEON and LEE WON SEOK will also participate in the production of the songs.
CHROCKTIKAL is a portmanteau combining the terms “chrome,” “rock,” and “kal,” the latter meaning “knife” in Korean.

The group has not yet revealed a debut date.
DREAMCATCHER debuted in 2017 and released tracks such as “Chase me” (2017), “Full moon” (2018), “Deja vu” (2019), “Scream” (2020), “Odd eye” (2021), and “Maison” (2022).
The group announced that its seven members would begin solo activities after the contracts of three members with the agency ended in March. However, DREAMCATCHER will continue its activities in the future.
