I.M
MONSTA X sees its youngest member I.M enlist in the army.

On January 12, STARSHIP ENTERTAINMENT announced via the fan community platform “Berriz” that
“I.M will enlist on February 9 and, after completing basic military training, will fulfill his national duty as an active duty soldier in the army.”
They added, “no separate official event will be held on the day of his entrance to the training center, and as the enlistment ceremony is a moment shared by many soldiers and their families, we ask that you refrain from any visits to ensure safe management on site.”
I.M will participate in the planned MONSTA X concert. The agency stated, “I.M has regularly undergone rehabilitation treatments in order to meet fans before his enlistment and to prepare calmly for his military service, and he recently received medical notice indicating that he could participate in performances within reasonable limits.”
They also stated, “as a result, I.M will participate in the “2026 MONSTA X WORLD TOUR SEOUL CONCERT”; however, considering the artist’s health condition, he will take part in performances within limits that do not impose excessive strain.”
Furthermore, I.M debuted in 2015 with MONSTA X and has been loved for songs such as “Dramarama” and “Shoot out”. He has also carried out active solo artist activities by releasing multiple albums.
The group he belongs to, MONSTA X, will hold a solo concert from January 30 to February 1 at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Songpa, Seoul.
