ILLIT
The group ILLIT added a new first-place trophy on a music show even after the end of its official promotions, demonstrating an unwavering power.

ILLIT (Yunah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee, Iroha) won first place on January 17 on MBC “SHOW! MUSIC CORE” with the title track of its first single “Not cute anymore”. Thus, ILLIT achieved a total of three wins on music shows for this promotion, establishing themselves as the icon of the “reverse charts.”
Through their agency BELIFT LAB, ILLIT stated: “We are truly happy to hear this news that feels like a gift, even after the end of our activities. Thanks to the fans who supported our new attempts, we were able to achieve these valuable results. We will become a group that people always look forward to next.”
In reality, “Not cute anymore” is receiving an even warmer reaction two months after its release. Ranked around 30th place on the Top 100 of Melon at the end of promotions, the song recently climbed to 13th place thanks to fan support, showing rapid progress.
The performances on global charts are also remarkable. “Not cute anymore” ranked 7th on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 in the latest Billboard U.S. chart (dated January 17). This result shows it is very close to entering the main Hot 100 chart, proving high interest in the global market. In particular, the monthly viewers on YouTube Music approach 600 million (as of January 15), demonstrating its international impact.
The results on the Japanese market are also striking. ILLIT achieved 3rd place in the “New Artist Ranking” of sales per artist on the “Oricon Annual Ranking 2025″. From its debut song “Magnetic” to its original Japanese title “Almond chocolate”, the group has continued its success, recording a revenue of approximately 1.06 billion yen (around 99 billion won), thus affirming its overwhelming presence in Japan.
