KATSEYE
The first attempt by KATSEYE, the international girl group under HYBE and Geffen Records, at the “GRAMMY AWARDS” unfortunately ended without a trophy.
On February 1 (local time), at the “68th GRAMMY AWARDS” held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, KATSEYE was nominated in two categories, including the major categories “Best New Artist” and “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance”, but ultimately did not win.
The most anticipated category, “Best New Artist”, went to Olivia Dean, considered the favorite. During the preliminary ceremony held before the main event, the “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” award was also won by Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, who collaborated on the soundtrack of “Wicked”, ending KATSEYE’s chances of receiving an award.
