SHINDONG of SUPER JUNIOR revealed a poignant family story.
On February 25, in episode 8 of “운명전쟁49” (Battle of fates) broadcast on Disney+, six surviving fortune-telling practitioners were shown carrying out individual consultations for celebrities.
The fortune teller Seolhwa asked SHINDONG: “Isn’t there a shaman grandmother in your family?”, and SHINDONG replied: “My paternal grandmother.”
Seolhwa stated: “If this grandmother were to pass away, it could become a bit dangerous. It seems like someone is trying to make you hold a bell. It’s not about receiving a spirit, but your spiritual energy and that of your ancestors are strong. There is someone in your family who was a shaman, and this grandmother interferes.”
