In Japan, top idol and actor YAMADA RYOSUKE expressed a strong willingness to carry out activities in Korea.
The global entertainment platform BOLD PAGE revealed on March 3 an exclusive pictorial of YAMADA RYOSUKE along with a “Global Q’s” interview. This photoshoot was carried out under the concept “Day & Night”, capturing the various visuals of YAMADA RYOSUKE.
The pictorial contrasts a warm daytime atmosphere with a cold nighttime charisma. He presented styles ranging from a natural look with knits and shirts to an intense silhouette with a black turtleneck, a tweed jacket, and wet hair styling. For this pictorial, an artificial intelligence (AI) image processing technology was applied to certain parts of the background without altering the subject.
In the interview, YAMADA RYOSUKE stated: “I also want to try acting in Korean dramas or films,” adding: “I want to study Korean more seriously and appear one day.” He also shared: “Neither as a group nor solo have I performed live in Korea yet,” expressing his wish to meet his fans around the world directly.
He revealed that if he had not become a celebrity, he would have wanted to become a football player based on his childhood experiences. Regarding his solo song “Blue noise”, which recently reached first place on the charts, he expressed his surprise and joy. Speaking about entering his thirties, he stated: “I look forward to my acting career where my range of expression expands.”
Regarding his attitude on set, he stated: “Even as a lead role, my way is to value teamwork by being equal with everyone.” He also revealed his hobby of raising 17 reptiles, explaining: “I fell in love with them after visiting a reptile event in Japan.”
For 2026, YAMADA RYOSUKE stated: “I will show it through actions, not words,” adding: “I will make this year a year of challenges that even I would not have anticipated.”
