On April 11 at midnight KST, WOOSUNG, the leader of THE ROSE, shared a poignant message on his Instagram account on behalf of the group. Under the agency TRANSPARENT ARTS, the group composed of WOOSUNG (Kim Woosung), DOJOON (Park Dojoon), HAJOON (Lee Hajoon) and JAEHYEONG (Lee Jaehyeong) revealed that they would take a break to focus on their individual growth after their last planned activities.
This announcement is a bittersweet surprise for the fans, the Black Rose, as it coincides with the revelation of their new musical projects. The group is preparing to release a new album titled “ROSE” and to begin a world tour named “ROSETOPIA”, which will start on June 5, 2026. These activities aim to celebrate their 10-year journey and to offer a conclusion worthy of the name to this stage of their career.
In this letter, the members expressed deep gratitude toward their supporters, describing the group as their home and their refuge. Although the news of a break is heavy, they emphasized that it is not a permanent goodbye, but rather a moment to breathe and rediscover themselves individually, promising to return one day with even more to share.
