The controversy over the lease between singer and actor LEE SEUNG GI and CHA GA WON, chairwoman of PIAK group and representative of ONE HUNDRED, is murky. The legal representative of CHA GA WON came forward in person to refute by disclosing a part of LEE SEUNG GI‘s messages.
On June 8, on the YouTube channel “HYUN DONG YEOP’s Highest Guard” of lawyer HYUN DONG YEOP, legal representative of ONE HUNDRED, an announcement video titled “MBC와 이승기의 한남동 전세사기의 비밀” was unveiled. The main episode is expected to be unveiled on June 11.

Lawyer HYUN also claimed that LEE SEUNG GI had sent messages concerning the real estate appraisal, such as: “Should we not worry about the provisional appraisal?” and “I hope the real estate appraisal goes well”.
He refuted by saying: “It is a claim according to which LEE SEUNG GI, CHA GA WON, and the Wando fisheries cooperative are co-perpetrators of a lease fraud, but one absolutely does not see where the lease fraud is”.
Lawyer HYUN also announced other disclosures, claiming to have carried out a forensic IT analysis of chairwoman CHA GA WON’s mobile phone.
He stated: “There are many contents that could shake up the entertainment industry”, and “I am going to reveal them one by one, starting with LEE SEUNG GI”.
This controversy began in the episode “MC몽과 회장님의 K팝 영업비密” broadcast on June 2 by “PD수첩” of MBC.
The show dealt with questions relating to the lease contract of the luxury villa “Lanouveau” in Hannam-dong, Seoul, as well as various suspicions surrounding chairwoman CHA GA WON and the management of ONE HUNDRED.
