The group 82MAJOR (Seongmo, Seokjoon, Yechan, Seongil, Seongbin, Dogyum) has clinched a trophy during an international award ceremony.
82MAJOR won the rising Asian group award (male category) during the “ASIA CULTURE FESTIVAL 2026” which was held on June 9 at the Tokyo Garden Theater in Japan.
The member SEONGIL stated: “The fact of receiving this award is entirely thanks to the 82DE (fandom name) who listen to our music and love us for who we are”, and “We will work hard to become an 82MAJOR capable of presenting the best music and the best stage at every moment so that we can always pay back this love”. SEONGBIN added his impressions in Japanese for the local fans.
82MAJOR will go on the stage of the “ASIA CELEBRATION LIVE” which will be held at the same place on June 10 at 8 p.m. KST. SEOKJOON and SEONGIL will attend the fashion show within the event.
They recently released their fifth mini-album “FEELM”. This album ordeal recorded their own best sales volume in the first week, and the title song settled in the “Hot 100” ranking of Melon. It also produced results in France, Turkey, and Canada, including the 1st place of iTunes rankings in Spain and Vietnam. In addition, it entered the top ranks of NetEase Music in China, and won the “Overseas Group with Potential of the Year” award during the “Weibo International Entertainment Awards” in China.
82MAJOR will organize its solo concert “비범 : BE 범” on June 27 and 28 in Hong Kong, and on July 4 in Bangkok, Thailand. On July 18 and 19, the group will organize “2026 82MAJOR FAN-CONCERT 82 Office : Vacation” at the Excalibur in Seoul to meet its fans.
