“The 4th mini-album of TREASURE “NEW WAV” entered at the 1st place of the Oricon weekly album ranking in Japan. It also rose to the 1st place of the Billboard Japan weekly album ranking”.
According to the agency, TREASURE occupied the 1st place upon its entry into the Oricon weekly album ranking (based on the counting period from 2026.06.01 to 2026.06.07) with its 4th mini-album “NEW WAV”, and also settled at the 1st place of the Billboard Japan weekly “Top Albums Sales” ranking.
Particularly, the new album of TREASURE attracts attention by recording, in the Billboard Japan weekly “Top Albums Sales” ranking, a sales volume higher than the combined sales figure of the 2nd to 5th places, thus proving an overwhelming popularity. This is a figure that demonstrates the presence of TREASURE by simultaneously dominating the two major rankings of the Japanese popular music industry.
TREASURE also achieved the title of double million-seller in the first week by recording a sales volume of 1,025,601 copies in the Hanteo Chart weekly album ranking in Korea, counted during the same period.
Having launched into the occupation of rankings upon its return, TREASURE will meet its fans by organizing for three days, from next June 19 to 21, “TREASURE THE STAGE 2026 NEW WAV : LIVE IN SEOUL” at the Hwajeong Gymnasium of Korea University in Seoul.
