The group POW has confirmed its comeback date and will participate in the great musical battle of the summer.
Its agency GRID ENTERTAINMENT published on the afternoon of June 25, on the official social media of POW (Yorch, Hyunbin, Jungbin, Dongyeon, Hong), the poster for its new single “FLAVOR” and announced its comeback.
“FLAVOR” is a single for which the leader YORCH took charge of the production of all the songs. POW has the firm intention of constructing its own musical universe even more solidly on the occasion of this comeback.
Having debuted in October 2023 with its first mini-album “FAVORITE”, POW is achieving constant musical growth and expanding its territory.
In particular, the single “COME TRUE” released in January of this year proved its growth potential by obtaining significant results, notably ranking in 27th place on the latest Melon weekly chart.
In addition, POW also unveiled on the 25th the second new song of its own project “THE DEMO TAPE”, titled “Happy depression”.
“THE DEMO TAPE” is a project in which the members of POW participate directly in writing and composition, and revealed on May 5 the first track “Why”, a song self-composed by JUNGBIN.
HYUNBIN took charge of the writing and composition of “Happy depression”, which depicts the desire to find happiness even in the middle of depression.
POW will release its new single “FLAVOR” on each music site on July 28 at 6 PM KST.
