CORTIS
CORTIS made a successful debut at the global music festival “Lollapalooza Chicago”.

CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, Keonho) took the stage at “T-Mobile” stage of “Lollapalooza” set up at Grant Park in Chicago, United States on August 1st (local time). According to organizers, approximately 50,000 people gathered there that day.
Even before the start, the site was covered with voices chanting “CORTIS”. Many fans wearing the official merchandise t-shirt and bandana released for this concert were also visible.
Opening the show with “Go!” and “What you want”, they immediately made the temperature rise on site thanks to an intense performance. During the sequence including “Redred”, “Acai” and “Youngcreatorcrew”, the raw energy unique to CORTIS became even more pronounced. The members violently headbanged or crossed the stage changing formations. Even amidst the intense movements executed during the group choreography, their singing did not falter.
In particular, when they performed the remix version of “Tnt”, the members literally went down into the pit, breaking the boundary with the stage, which triggered deafening clamors once again.

The concert, where every moment was like a highlight, took a turn with the surprise appearance of Southern U.S. hip-hop legend JUICY J. CORTIS and JUICY J presented the very first live performance of their recently released collaborative song, “Motion (feat. Juicy J)”. The experienced rap and heavy Memphis sound of JUICY J harmonized with the explosive performance of CORTIS. The trust and friendship of those who pursued their musical exchanges since before their debut shone through. CORTIS expressed their respect by calling JUICY J a “big brother”, while JUICY J showed intimate chemistry spanning generations by putting his arms around the members’ shoulders.
This concert was transmitted worldwide via real-time streaming on the international super-fan platform Weverse, as well as on Disney+ and Hulu in regions of the United States, Japan, and South America. On Weverse Live alone, over 167,000 people watched it. It was recorded that the audience followed the show evenly from 185 countries and regions, notably South Korea, China, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
CORTIS shared its impressions through its agency BIGHIT MUSIC:
“It was really fun to be able to be together at “Lollapalooza Chicago”, an event we dreamed of since our childhood. The passionate atmosphere of the performance that we vaguely imagined while working on our second mini-album “GREENGREEN” materialized in reality, which fulfilled us and made us happy.”
They then added: “We are going to prepare hard in order to show you stages overflowing with the energy unique to CORTIS during our tours in North America, Seoul, and Japan.”

Starting with Toronto, Canada on the 4th, CORTIS will hold until the 16th in 6 North American cities their tour “2026 CORTIS TOUR ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ IN NORTH AMERICA”. This is the itinerary of their first tour which began last July in Incheon and will run until September in Kanagawa, Japan. On August 22 and 23, they will give a concert at the Hwajeong Gymnasium of Korea University in Seoul to celebrate the 1st anniversary of their debut.
