The song “Bad” by the group ATEEZ climbed back to the top of a music show about 3 months after its release.
ATEEZ grabbed 1st place with “Bad”, the title song of its 14th mini-album “GOLDEN HOUR : PART.5”, on the SBS show “INKIGAYO” broadcast on September 13. They added a trophy without appearing on the show.
Released on June 26, “Bad” had already climbed to 1st place without an appearance on MBC’s “SHOW! MUSIC CORE” on August 22, about two months later.
It also raised its position on music charts. After entering at 81st place on Melon’s TOP100, it pursued its rise to reach 7th place as of September 13.
The album also established its own record. “GOLDEN HOUR : PART.5” debuted at 1st place on the Billboard 200 by recording 223,000 units during its first week in the United States, and surpassed 1.88 million copies in first-week sales in South Korea.
Even after the end of official activities, “Bad” remains at the top of the music charts and grabs 1st place on music shows, pursuing its success for about the 3rd month since its release.
