Group EXO will further strengthen its presence on the world markets thanks to its new SEHUN & CHANYEOL (EXO-SC) unit.
EXO SEHUN & CHANYEOL, which will release its first mini-album “WHAT A LIFE” on July 22nd, is a hip-hop unit. It is expected that not only the two members of the unit but also the EXO group will achieve positive results. In particular, these units will contribute to expanding EXO‘s areas of activity in global markets.
The kind of hip-hop is a color that has not been used extensively in EXO. With SEHUN & CHANYEOL, EXO can support a wider variety of concepts.
Many kpop groups have gone to conquer countries outside Asia. MONSTA X, BTS or previously B.A.P went to the USA or Europe with the Khiphop in the spotlight. That’s what the EXO want to try to do.
The new EXO unit, EXO-SC, is attracting the attention of the public by first highlighting its 2 members by the disclosure of photo teasers.
SEHUN & CHANYEOL put into practice, in a concerted effort, to prepare the album with a genre they liked. Gaeko from Dynamic Duo produced all the songs on the album, increasing his maturity. Thanks to him, EXO has naturally acquired the hip-hop element.
