ASTRO members seem to be unlucky because they already ended up several times at the second place and still did not win a first place in a music broadcast.
Each artist and group from the Korean music industry has to work hard to promote albums or mini albums. An artist’s aim is to be recognized by a lot of people and to do so he has to win first place in a music show such as Music Bank, M Countdown, Inkigayo or The Show.
The group ASTRO made its comeback with a 6th mini album entitled “BLUE FLAME” and is promoting with the title song “Blue Flame“. This comeback is really important because it shows that the members want to improve as artists and reveal a new musical style, different from what they already released. They also are more mature and sexy in the MV for their title song “Blue Flame” which already has more than 7M views on Youtube.
However, the group seems to be unlucky from mid-November. Indeed, one of ASTRO members, MOONBIN, has to rest because of health issues and he stated that he was the one that was the most affected by not being part of this comeback. Indeed, ASTRO‘s fans said that this comeback was made for him because he had many important parts in the song and in the MV where his finely muscular body and his great voice are highlighted. The five other members (ROCKY, CHA EUNWOO, JINJIN, MJ and YOON SANHA) had to change the choreography and divide MOONBIN‘s parts to fit for a five people performance on stage.
Moreover, ASTRO seems to always end up at the second place on various music broadcasts which can be seen on TV and on the Internet.The group always did great but there was always something preventing them from winning first place. ASTRO ended up at the second place twice on The Show and once on M Countdown. These results made the fans sad and proud at the same time. Indeed, despite these results, ASTRO members were in competition with great Korean artists and groups that are already famous in the K-POP industry. What made ASTRO‘s fans really proud is that the group ended at the second place against a major group on the show M Countdown, which is the hardest show to win.
However, the group can count on the fans, called AROHA, who communicate well to try giving ASTRO a win in a show broadcast. The group’s first victory, which was in January 2019, seems to be long gone and AROHA abslutely want to give the group a new victory. They try their best since mid-november to make the title song “Blue Flame” more popular and recognized by many. The members even said that if they win a first place, they would dedicate it to MOONBIN. These cute comments prove that the six members all have a special bond and their fans are even more willing to give them a first win.
ASTRO five active members keep on promoting their 6th mini album “BLUE FLAME” and appear in many different shows.
