JYP Entertainment said it is filing a lawsuit in the incident of TWICE DAHYUN‘s personal information leaking.
On December 29th, JYP Entertainment agency of TWICE declared on its official site that personal information concerning the TWICE‘s member DAHYUN, such as for example her national identity number, had been disclosed during the filming and was disseminated online.
“Since this leakage and dissemination of personal information is an act which legally violates the law on the protection of personal information, please immediately stop the dissemination of information“,
she said.
“We also announce that we will initiate proceedings, in accordance with the current situation and the continuous dissemination of information.“ it added.
TWICE, a group that includes DAHYUN, left for Japan via Guimpo International Airport to attend NHK’s “Kōhaku Uta Gassen”.
