TREASURE has just announced the date of its second comeback, an already eagerly awaited return.
The poster above was posted on Monday, October 26th, on YG Entertainment‘s networks, as well as those of TREASURE, its latest boy group to date which made a highly regarded debut this summer. The twelve members are in line, all from behind, surrounded by a sober but quite futuristic decor tinted with black and blue. Hands behind their backs, legs apart, they are looking in the same direction. A flash of light in front of them brings out their silhouettes.
The tone that emerges from this poster changes radically from that of the previous comeback, whose central concept was youthful love. This time around, the boys announce an even more powerful, more electric comeback but a shadow of mystery still hangs over the details.
The comeback thus announced is scheduled for November 6th, that is to say in only eleven days. Fans of the group, the Treasure Makers (or “Teumes” for short), were surprised by this sudden announcement but welcome it with great joy, especially since it follows the plans already announced.
Indeed, when the promotion of their single “ILY (I Love You)” ended, YG Entertainment announced that the boy group planned to release a third single album before the end of 2020 to close their trilogy. with “THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER THREE” as well as a full album. A busy program that promises to mark the end of 2020.
The group born at the end of the survival YG TREASURE BOX in January 2018 waited two years before being able to officially debut, but it seems that now that “The Treasure Effect” is launched, nothing can stop it.
The twelve members of the group (HYUNSUK, JIHOON, YOSHI, JUNKYU, MASHIHO, JAEHYUK, ASAHI, YEDAM, DOYOUNG, HARUTO, JEONGWOO, JUNGHWAN) made a big debut in the industry last August with their remarkable debut single “BOY” for his choreography and the breath of fresh air he brings to YG Entertainment which had not debuted a new group since 2016.
